Course Enrollment

  • Once a student enrolls in a course, bootcamp, or coaching session, the enrollment is considered confirmed.
  • Fees paid for course enrollment are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
  • Refunds may be considered in cases where the course is canceled by Quagnite.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be provided under the following circumstances:

  • Course cancellation by Quagnite before commencement.
  • Technical or platform issues preventing access to course materials which are not resolved within a reasonable time.
  • Duplicate payment or billing errors that require correction.

Refund Process

  • All refund requests must be submitted to our support team via email: support@quagnite.com
  • Refund requests should include order details, enrollment ID, and reason for the refund.
  • Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method within 7-14 business days.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Completed courses or partially completed sessions.
  • Any digital materials downloaded by the student.
  • Scholarship applications or fees.
